As you say; it is just business as usual. Though it's still a bit disappointing to see Frey resign, he will very much remain available to the company in a consultancy capacity (which some might argue was all that he ever was) and as a shareholder.
On the topic of Frey being a shareholder, it is important to note that 2M of Frey's 2,1250,000 shares are subject to a loan from the Company. Those 2M shares won't be 'in-the-money' until the SP reaches >$0.16c. There is no incentive for him to sell his shares right now, however, he very much remains incentivised to assist the company in prospering.
While the world deals with the COVID-19 pandemic the EU is already making plans for a 'Green Recovery'. There is about to be an explosion of investment into sustainable and 'green' infrastructure projects and initiatives. What an opportunity for EcoGraf and other companies with new eco-friendly technologies.
