yup, nothing positive in this... the tone of the ann is negative too... must have had some issues or "conflicts" that are independent of any "interests"... not a good sign IMO...
the only saving grace is that Frey still works with EGR but not as a NED but as a "technology supplier" / "consultant"... which IMO is the right way to go as having him as a Director was not doing anything for the company... now, if he is still going to supply us the technical knowhow, it should be ok...
I guess, if there is nothing sinister is nthis, then the only possible reason I can find is that Frey through his company could be providing something similar to EGR's competitors and hence he could have been distanced from EGR board to avoid any issues of contamination...
