Not much point in owning BOC shares unless Bougainville reopens Panguna. And if Bougainvillians elect to do that I sincerely hope they do so through BOC and that the bulk of the profits go to making sure Bougainvillians have a first-world economy and future wealth fund to last them forever. That means not getting hoodwinked and spending their money on crap like the people of Nauru have done.
