re: Ann: Progress of Springsure Creek Project... I have never made any claims to being the brightest candle on the cake but I fail to see why BND would be pressing ahead with the approvals process if the LNP have the project dead in the water? And since when did we start to believe anything that comes from the mouth of a politician? Politicians usually have one overriding agenda, election or re-election and like flags go which ever way the wind blows. I feel logically, given the time and and expenditure already expended, the project will go ahead. When, of course, is another matter entirely. We may not use it domestically but like it or not developing nations will need access to low cost energy to grow their economies. Am I being overly optimistic?
