Thx. From what I could gather the BNU was sold at the bottom of the cycle, China had shut the borders but the BNU was not profitable at low of the cycle. I don't know Mick Avery other then google searches, and I joined the TER ranks after his departure (I no longer hold TER), but thanks for filling me in.
