Who is doing the selling ?
IF Lithgow (the reason why he left with his 23M shares), he knows what's going on...why sell now that the project has been more or less approved?/ unless Aspire is about to go private? ( at a lower valuation)
Mr Tserenpuntsag suppressing the stock price to make a low ball offer to take it private.
Maybe check the movement in Top 20 for an answer?
