what are people's views on the corruption that occured at Erdenes-Tavantolgoi JSC, selling coal to Chinese buyers and embezzling the cash?
seems like the exchange traded solution may fix this. but the first shipment via the exchange if coking coal sold for $170 a tonne. a massive discount to seaborne.
