Gees it's all a bit of a mess. New processing plant (likely) , cutback of the open pit to access ore 280-500m below surface (big $), refractory ore at Harbour Lights (technically challenging and adds cost to any new plant), potential movement of rail line to access ore.
It all seems too hard. I'm out for now.
