I cannot help but wonder how they got themselves into this mess??? They have relatively quickly been able to cobble together a lot of ounces, albeit, not reserves yet. Whilst I know small caps sometimes find themselves with issues regarding mine life, SBM should have had this covered. In either case, I won't sell my holdings in my super, but... won't be buying more. Even though surely, the upside for SBM is still substantial, if they can pull it all together at all its operations. hmm....
Such an interesting juncture with valuations in the sector. GOR trading well above SBM E/V wise, yet... 1/3 the production. Operational risk is clearly heavily weighing on producers.... Reasons... POG fluctuations? Inflation/Deflation narrative unclear etc....
