Well to me it looks like AHK provided everything required to get final approval well before the due date (that was the previous progress report) and they're now waiting for the govt to get back to them.
In the mean time, good to see them getting rolling on the next phase of mining. All being well, they get a good chunk of petty cash from the first round of mining and really make it big with the next round.
