well according to the announcement:
"CSA Global has been selected to complete an independent geological review of the project’s Mineral Resources and exploration potential."

From what i gather they will need to:
1)organize or gather all the data from 2009-2012
2)do a quick cap raising say around 250k-300k which hopefully will be enough to do some drilling in target 52 anomaly
3)increase the resource size

According to the guys who's following MTB closely, cap raising will almost be taken all by ROYAL shareholders, and they are already in discussion with a drilling company!
