Nit pick some minor issues and downramp.
I am first to admit that MCO have been abismal in the past with performance and communication but credit where credit is due. Its appears things are on the mend.
Anyone could have seen that Dickonsons was finished from the last report.
"burns having dilution issues" is a massive stretch from what was actually reported. If your going to downramp..... get it right
