This is a very good announcement to me. Though not surprising the (non) reaction. Another good week for gold and silver might be all it takes, but the momentum is still not there.
Gold has now been mentioned in regards to Russia. This is what I've been waiting for, and as the week goes on, Russia demanding gas payment in Rubles or gold will filter through.
