Yeah you are right I think. They would barely be making a profit at this current silver price with my fairly pessimistic numbers so they will need to come up with something to do with that debt so that they can keep that cash around "just in case". Of course silver price could improve at any point, but I suspect they are already on their way to renegotiate that. Also if things have got "even worse" then maybe they will need more cash too.
In regards to silver price my spider senses are tingling a bit right now with that making a move soon. Haven't felt that in about 7 months or so. But as always lets see what happens, this paper silver manipulation is a tremendous thing to behold. I have a good feeling the idiots running the asylum are about to experience reality for the first time in a long time and we will see if MKR turns out to be the best silver stock on the ASX or not.
