Well with stocks and companies like this you are taking fairly large risks even in the best of times. But without risk you do not achieve a great reward.

All fiat, all stocks, all paper resources (including real estate) are going to be very vulnerable over the next few years. And there is a chance MKR, or nearly any paper product you "own" becomes $0 through "governmental changes" or "societal collapse". I've accepted that and factor it in as part of the risk profile. I also have a healthy amount of non paper assets to help with those potential changes.

If you are bullish on silver and gold you have to find somewhere to put your money so it can make a decent return in the current inflation environment. You can't just rest it in a bank. Things are pretty much going as I expected for 2 years now, with the exception of gold and silver still being suppressed. And putting money into something like MKR can get you a 10-20x return on silver moving to "only" $50 , so using gold/silver as an investment is not really ideal I think, it is more a way to protect your existing wealth.

If silver doesn't move you would have to expect that there will be more selling off in the future as retail traders try to cover living expenses in dire times. I think the silver movement is still growing and as inflation keeps becoming more present in sheeples minds they are going to be looking into where to put their wealth so it survives. Distrust of banks and government is also growing significantly. With silver supply decreasing before all this, now miners shutting down due to extra costs, industrial uses of silver still growing even in a recession and retail demand for it also increasing, fundamentally it looks very sound.

MKR just need to keep the ship afloat until then.
