He won't be selling in this environment because what sort of message does it send? It is also very undervalued in comparison to the capital assets of MKR and he would easily lose his hold over company for not many dollars at all. All those guys are already taking chunks out of the income so they are fine.

He is more likely to accept a takeover at 40-50c than sell any to the public. And that is where we would likely get screwed instead of getting our full 10-20x .
