I think the forecast was 70M but if you look at the public vaults about 270M ounces of silver has been withdrawn in the last year, so it is likely a lot higher. There are mines shutting down, or that have paused production, recycling is down, the new diesel prices will surely drive even more mines to breaking points.

The data I had indicated it should have been around Dec last year that things should have "happened", but they are managing to keep the show rolling for another 6 months at least since then. So as to timing, good question, very good question. Every day the pressure builds.
