Good to see the new board keeping shareholders up to date with the efforts to unravel the mess left by the former board. Hardly surprising to hear that Captain Carpark and his crew are being difficult with providing access to books, documents, email accounts, etc. Very disturbing to hear that JBL are still in control of BHD's funds.
Shouldn't ASIC have something to say about this?
