Is it a possibility that the TOV Panel could intervene and enforce a Stay of the Takeover Bid and also the Management Services Agreement until the replaced Directors hand over control of the books and records, website and emails etc?
Would it help for BHD and HML shareholders collectively write to the TOV? Just trying to think outside the box.
