HML shareholders have already received the benefit of finally finding out exactly why HML is suspended. As an HML holder, I'm happy to know that ASX isn't asleep at the wheel on this one. I'd be happier if ASX could give a few government departments a wake up call though.Don't quote me on this, but I believe TOV's jurisdiction is takeovers in the sense of one party buying another party. Here we're talking about the replacement of a board of directors, not a change in ownership. I'm thinking complaints to ASIC are in order. Also letters to federal members, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer, etc.
I also recommend shareholders consider attending the HML AGM when it's announced (should be in Brisbane in November). Seeing McAuliffe and his crew in person is quite the experience.
