$50K ?

No it is not $50K, a quick read of the ann and you will realise the deal includes 2% of the yellow cake produced from the property, and while that sounds many years away,if ever, There is two possibilities:

1- The project will be valid one day, it will have a producing mine, in that case, the 2% royalty will be massive for kab having this income every year for themselves, without spending a dollar on the project.

2- The project will never see the day of light, there will never be a mine, in other words, worthless: In that case, we sold something worthless for $50K, does not sound too bad a deal to me. and the fact you get it off your books and cut your links with the past is the bonus.
