Ann: Progress Report, page-13

Basically a month since funding announcement, west coast approval and environmental conditions.
A month is enough time to get things organized or underway but not enough time to show much progress. Perhaps under the broad descriptions of the "progress" report they can expand a bit further at the conference on current position and direction with hopefully a follow up report. They may not have thought it worthwhile to make up a new investor presentation document until certain amount of progress has been made, which the funding will have enabled, and have a photo or 2 to show.
