Why on earth do they need to remove the references to Cu Eq to ensure JORC compliance? JORC is fine with metal equivalents as long as the formula used is published - which it is in the attached JORC statement.
AFAIK the only time JORC has an issue with Cu Eq is if you're including metals that don't have a reasonable chance of being economically recovered, a la CDU's cobalt, magnetite and pyrite. This is just standard Cu-Au-Ag.
