I will have to check, but its not just the formula and metal prices that have to be justified, if the New Ingerbelle announcement was talking about a potential exploration target tonnage and grade (not an economically indicated or measured mineable reserve) then the ASX may have pulled them up on using Cu Eq numbers for a resource that isn't quantified yet, another common mistake is not having the metallurgical information or studies to support how all the metals are to be extracted and at what costs and what recoveries. Who knows? Maybe under NI43-101 they are allowed to use metal eq but maybe not the current JORC 2012 guidelines. This wouldn't surprise me as C6C are new to the ASX (but not new to mining). Either way its an embarrassing oversight and retraction to have to make. You are correct in that CDU included minerals and metals that were unlikely to be recovered by traditional techniques, or indeed what the plant was designed for, and that was one of the numerous reasons why they came unstuck.
