As per my expectation, the update was announced on last Friday and good outcome.1. Regarding the Financial Assurance, this is an old issue related to next phase of long-term mining in the other area. This is not new things but it has been known since 2017. This issue will not affect the current silver production in the area where the company has placed for the security deposit (bond) of $3.9 million, Financial Assurance to the Department of Environment and Science.
2. The tax issue is more likely to be resolved between AAT and AusIndustry.
3. The company will lodge the claim for around $8 million R&D refund based on new ruling in regard to broader definition of R&D. This is a great news.
