I am no structure expert, but I don't like the look of this new Vanuatu project having its own traded stock.
What stops Matt Hill, who we know cant be trusted, moving resources and funding, across from NTL which is obviously a dead duck, and into this new listed vehicle.
Pretty easy to have people working on the new stock, which does well and achieves something, whilst being paid by NTL, which is the sinking ship destined for receivership, but still paying directors until the funds run out.

Or am I too cynical.

All I can see, is the new entity charging ahead, and NTL is a forgotten tumbleweed ghost town of broken promises.
