Yes Eagleboy, its interesting that NAGs has two "Executives" - they being the Chief Executive & the Executive Chairman, who are responsible for & paid for the operations of the Co.
The Board role is then to assess the Exec' performance on behalf of the Shareholders.
I'm not sure how the new Non Exec Director, who hasn't been there for even a year is then responsible for the performance & SP of NAG.
You wouldn't be deflecting responsibility away from the Executive would you Bud Lite?
