The subscription business only seems to have the same channels. I would have thought they would be adding another one per month by now. There are so many more Avatar types that would do well there. It's a bit of a market niche we should be exploiting more.
As I said they could put a free info avatar kiosk (or iPad on the counter) in any hotel chain down thier street, or any shop chain, mall, airport, apartment complex, retirement home, hardware store, hospital.. for free testing and they would love it and adopt to to the whole franchise network.
Set up the avatar with shop knowledge, buy the iPad, ask management, set to wifi, put it on the counter. - call local newspaper for story.
It's not bleeding rocket science.
There are plenty of companies out there that would set up the hardware in partnership when it comes to scale.
