One of the services that IQVIA provides is Clinical Trial Management for big Pharma.

These types of programs involve recruiting patients and following up the drug effects with the patient, both of which require medical professional interaction with the patient and collection of data. These programs are "inhouse" and so the general public does not have access, which is consistent with the announcement wording. They also run across multiple countries and so a variety of languages are necessary and multiple Digital Humans would be needed.

It wouldn't surprise me if they were evaluating this type of useage to ensure more consistent data, as the current process of training multiple people in multiple languages and time zones, is challenging to say the least.

In some ways this seems similar to the original South African use case, where the Digital Human would do pre-operative and post-operative communication with the intended patient. But we are 4 years on and Digital Humans are much more advanced now.
