In October on this site all were saying December ,then in November it was January for certain now its April with others suggesting august.
GBB if you are relying on people here to offer you advice you are unable to determine for yourself. Then of course you wont get it right. You need to do your own research rather then being this dependent on others giving you correct advice.
How does one "talk to the office". You mean to the officer? Which officer in the Greenland Government? Or did you fail somewhere there in your grammar perhaps? If so have you thought about my suggestion to use your secretary to send these. That is if your company has one? It would just really help with these confusions as theres been quite a few now.

Also last you said you missed last years GGG AGM as you were in Greenland. Now you say you got howled down for saying things holders didnt agree with. Not sure which one is correct and which one is inaccurate now. Maybe you best clear that up a bit or it may look a bit misleading
