I'm old enough to remember the days when IK did unexpected CRs out of the blue "because he liked to keep an minimum of $1M cash on hand".
That seems to have slipped a bit. MNM now reduced to firing off CRs whenever a bill comes in.
Seems like an awful amount more is going to have to be spent on Norton before it is producing. They haven't even ordered equipment yet, let alone paid for it? Another CR to cover MCO payments is expected, but ANOTHER CR in relation to Norton wouldn't go down too well with the troops.
