I suggest going back and reading some of the MCO posts on here from around the time it went bung. I predict MCO is going to turn into a money pit for MNM. Buyer beware, and all that...

Mind you, it does remind me of the "coffee shop effect" in our local town. Every time one closes down because it wasn't profitable, black plastic goes up across the window, we wait with bated breath to see what new store is going to open there, then the grand opening reveals........another coffee shop ! Every new tenant seems to think "Oh, those other people couldn't make it pay, but we're different." Wait 12 months, rinse and repeat.
