Well, yes, it is different, if you can store it conditioned/chilled.
But are you then transporting it chilled, too?? Or do you let it warm up slowly on transport to three hours out of Perth? And then chill it again.
And then to the customer, who leaves it in the garage for a week and takes a sixpack at a time back into the fridge.
So, yeah chilled storage is good, but you have to have control over transport afterwards, too.....
