BRM sale to LSS for under $18m is not a good sale. Selling a lifeline that actually makes a profit to a competitor leaves me perplexed. Another 60+year-old Ab in the same state was worth $14m 10 years ago with much less throughput and chiller capacity. There was another holder tried to assist in finding a good buyer but management seems a bit too occupied to pay attention to an average retail holder.
