Current shareholders fate is in the hands of the investment bank doing the capital raising - it will not be pretty - the mates of the investment bank will get a good deal on the price.
How low will the price be? How badly will the existing shareholders be smashed? Will existing shareholders be able to participate so as to not dilute their shareholdings if they so choose? Or will they be shafted by the investment bank and its mates?
