re: Ann: Progress Update on Balance Sheet Res... Back in Dec 2008 one of Goldman Sach's Private Equity Funds put $45 million into AJL and got a bunch of Redeemable Convertible Preference Shares (RCPS) in return. According to Goldman Sach's last report to fund members the last two dividend payments from AJL have not yet been received and there is/was dialogue to try to resolve this issue. RCPS holders are entitled to receive the 'step up' rate of 13% whilst dividend(s) are in arrears. Maybe the delay is due to the Balance Sheet Review.
