You're welcome Digga. Yes folfirinox is awful. There has to be a better alternative. Maybe it's Oncosil. Maybe it's not. The truth is simple. The current data can neither prove nor disprove it.
The regulations are clear. The regulators have spoken. It happened. It's documented. Only a statistically valid randomised controlled clinical study will answer efficacy and clinical risk-benefit profile questions. And only if the answers are right will FDA and BSI approve.
Set your alarm for 2022. If the money's still there to continue that long.
