Nice find Paralogical.Problem is mTOR inhibitors like Rapamycin only work on MtorC1 ( look at patent) it causes a negative feedback loop mechanism that interferes with the normal immune system as seen in mice studies. Therefore more coughs colds virus entry into the body. Monepantel is both a MtorC1 and MtorC2 inhibitor. Doesn't affect the immune system anywhere near as much.
This forum has spoken about anti ageing properties of MPL a long time ago.
