Unlikely you will see Saddle Hills as a peaker as most peakers are being replaced with batteries these days far more cost effective as long as overall baseload power exists to support required power, this is what they did in Adelaide with the Tesla battery charged it up during off peak and used it as a peaker during the day. I think they are trying to organise carbon sequestration for Saddle hills so that this issue is moot and it will eventually get commissioned.
