If you are right about PwC abandoning the process then I would have expected they would have already done so if they saw little chance of success after the bidding period ended in the last of August.
That they have not abandoned the process to me is definitely a positive.
The timeframe, as I have mentioned previously, suggests to me that they had at least one bid involving an alternative ownership structure than the one as advised in the teaser document.
