Qubit optimisation and quantum electronic device fabrication happening in parrallel is an indication to me that they are confident the qubit control being achieved in the next 12 months. With my expierences in tech program delivery you dont start running parrallel streams unless you are confident on a point of convergence at some point in the not too distant future. 12 months max on a roadmap anything more is just finger in the air shit.
