I wouldnt say red flags everyone. In fact lots of green flags. Just delays and no certain timelines is where reluctance from shareholders comes from. PFS had a very certain timeline and look what happened......SP rose gradually as we approached the date and hit an all time high. With no definitive time frame or certainty around signing of binding partnership agreements there is nothing to build confidence in SP. Management cant expect us to keep investing when we could be 12-36 months away from DFS for all we know.
