    For some reason I can`t participate in the capital raise from here in Germany.
    Just increased my stake in MGT to 50,000 shares. Bought open market yesterday and today at 29c.
    Knowing that this is not without risk and may take some time I will stay on the sidelines from now and wait.
    If management succeed in signing a deal and proceed with dfs this will be a winner. Worth the wait and risk.
