Seems to me that sales have stalled at 2,951. No more actual seats sales announced!

With addressable NY sales of 20k and sales of say 3k seats they have only captured 15% of the addressable market. If non special needs sales are included it is a lower percentage because the addressable market would be higher!

Maybe for valuation purposes 3% of the addressable potential market could be used?
