    TL,

    1. I'm not really familiar with the DOCA process but I'm assuming the company is still (effectively or otherwise) still in Administration for the benefit of creditors (?).

    2. Should that not be MMPRC is 80% owned by X64 Ltd. (and 20% by PMC)? You described this circa US$250m debt in a previous post here: https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/69477049/single = " including a US$248.379m loan MMPRC -> PMC. "
Is there any supporting paperwork showing this loan / debt? It does seem quite a large amount...
It is mentioned in the 2nd meeting report to creditors of 23/Oct/23 as 'significant' but I don't think quantified save for the suggestion of a repayment at US$3m p.a. (which would be significantly less than typical annual interest on a US$250m commercial loan...).

    3. Seem so. However the reasons behind the upsetting of what was, apparently, a working relationship which had existed for some considerable while (around 17 years?) between all these linked corporate parties is still unexplained. Presumably all this was set up by Geoff Davis.
Wondering, was R.V. the original nominee shareholder?

    Cheers!
