@scaggs - you are corect MG said "in a couple of weeks" in the 8th of January announcement, however the one before that specifically referenced official government correspondence... "Silex has received official notice from the US Department of the Treasury that their investigation of the transaction under the MIPA will be completed no later than18January 2021."
So, announcement may be in the next couple of days. or, we wait. which we are all pretty good at as long term SLX holders.....
