oh my gosh,if they succeed in raising funds,there will be 10 times more stock on issue than there is now...466,693,158 shares,and they are issuing 15m shares under the propectus at 20cents each,which would make this company worth 466m shares x 20cents each = $93m ???!!! You would normally expect the share price to be around the issue price after the capital raising or more.
This must be just another one of their crazy plans that do not come to any good or i have my maths wrong.
