Why did these idiots even spend longer than 10 seconds...

Why did these idiots even spend longer than 10 seconds considering "agitated bioleach to produce cobalt and nickel precipitate products" ? Everyone already knows that the bioleach requires cooling in the NW QLD climate which means that cooling = cost of capital and cost of electricity = not going to happen. Everyone with orebodies in the Mt Isa block has looked at Co bio-leaching and everyone has determined that the cost of cooling nearly always exceeds the price of cobalt and thats why Ernest Henry, Osborne and George Fisher have all looked at it previously and discarded the idea.

I've never seen such a leisurely pace towards a PFS and now that they are off exploring again, admittedly they can do exploration but its pretty obvious that these guys don't really want to go mining at all and prefer exploration, thats fine, but why not sell or JV out Walford Creek to someone else who wants to go mining? And then AML can drill exploration holes forever if thats what they want to do...
