I hear you Rupfel, and I respect your posts here on HC, but I've been through this many times before over the last 30 years (unfortunately), so I'm just speaking from experience, because in one form or another, I've seen most of the options that can and do occur in these circumstances with small cap ASX companies over the past 3 decades.

If anyone has more years of experience, then I'd appreciate hearing.

I've tried to distill things down here for the common man/woman, and make it simple.

And as such, the most sensible thing to do is simply tell everyone that there is a bottom line, it's not rocket science, and it's just pure business common sense - " .... raise money successfully and survive, otherwise fold ... ".

It really does come down to being that simple now !!!
