Theirs is to fund a FS so it certainly won't be their last cr. If we have one more cr (IF), then it will be our last prior to production. That could be more positive for the sp?
I think we don't see another cr but if we do, it won't necessarily be negative for the sp, especially as it clears the last significant hurdle to production.

I believe we would need a fair chunk of dollars on ramp up and operating costs. RE, how big of a workforce are we employing
